Marriage and relationship break ups are one of the world’s top controversial issues. It is often contested about and causes people to suffer from psychological problems. Break ups happen for several reasons. Reasons that are inevitable and beyond man’s control. In the complex world, everything changes. Things change, feelings change and people change. That is why people should not be attached to the things around them. For these things might just come to an end in time.
Long distance relationship is said to be difficult to handle. Specially for teenage couples who are not mature enough to manage the sacrifices that long distance relationships require. Studies were conducted and found that most of the couples involved in a long distance relationship will break up. One of the major reasons why relationships fall apart is the lack of communication. For it can lead to misunderstandings and can even ruin a relationship no matter how deep it is. Communication and quality time are one of the most important things to manage a relationship. It is a way of expressing one’s feelings and through it couples get to know each other much better.
As the saying goes, Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus. Humans are different from each other and even couples are not exactly a like. They all have different opinions and perspectives in life. That is why, the problem occurs when a couple doesn’t understand each other’s behavior. They tend to fight and end breaking up. Different priorities in life can also be a reason behind break ups. For every person have his or her own priorities and goals to accomplish in life. In this case, the relationship will most likely to suffer and be left behind. This is common among teenage love affair. Where in student needs to focus on their studies and are having a hard time balancing their time between relationship and school.
Break up is really a hard thing to do. It is one of the most stressful and depressing events that could happen in one’s life. Heartbroken people often suffer from severe depression. It may affect a person’s social and economic life. Studies show that one out of five teenagers experience depression after a break up. They have a hard time moving on and they get confuse about the things around them. They have sleepless nights and keep on thinking about the reasons why such thing happened. Break up can also lead to emotional trauma. One may think of not falling in love again and be single forever.
It is painful to hear that even the sweetest thing in life could break a heart. It may be hard to understand the reasons behind goodbyes but one day everything will be alright. Things go wrong but they happen for a reason. What is more important are the lessons learned and the fact that love do exist.
